Terms and Conditions

• One free hour of service will be granted with purchase of the minimum hours of car service. Offer applies for Sport Events or Concerts. Based on availability.
• A 20% gratuity and 10% surcharges will be added to base rates on all vehicles.
• Airport Parking & Tolls will be added to all airport transfers either to/from DFW or DAL airports.
• Arrivals to FBOs has a 2 hours minimum.
• International arrivals may require additional Waiting Time, which will be added to the based rate as it's occurs.

• The hourly rate on sedans, SUVs and Vans are based on a 3-hour minimum (Mon - Thur) and 4 hours minimum (Fri - Sun)
• The hourly rate on limousines is based on a 4-hours minimum.
• Limo-Bus and Mini-buses have a 4-hour minimum.
• Corporate coach buses have a 5-hour minimum.

• Fifteen-minute grace time is granted on all vehicles.
  
  
• All rates are subject to change, based on fuel costs and availability at time of reservation, unless a prior agreement is in place.
  
  
• Pick ups before 6:00 A.M. or after 11:00 P.M. have a $10.00 service charge fee.
  
  
• Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours of the reservation will be subject to a full charge
